Happiness is right in your back yard. Hmm, we saw the Wizard of Oz last night in Jacksonville. It was a great performance and the kids, well Annie enjoyed it greatly. Hampton fell asleep (much like me in that he gets still at night and is out like a light). However, the resonating theme throughout for me seemed to be the search for something...a heart (Tinman), a brain (Scarecrow), courage (Lion), power (Wizard), understanding and acceptance (Dorothy).

You all know the story; but in the end, they realize what they were searching for, they possessed. So stop looking outside or down the yellow brick road, look inside or right in your back yard and know you are perfect, whole, complete and very loved. Have a blessed day!

Ready to Ride??? The doors are officially OPEN and we are ready to ride! Spring is in the air, bathing suits are being pulled out...get your body ready. Unlimited cycling classes $40 per month or $10 per class. The only commitment you have is to yourself. Let's make the most of this body and life we live!
