Make the breakfast drink that Dr. Oz swears by!
This "green drink" is high in fiber, low calorie, and rich in vitamins.
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
2 cups cucumber
1 head of celery
1/2 inch or teaspoon root ginger
1 bunch parsley
2 green apples
juice of a lime
1/2 juice of lemon
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Makes 28-30 ounces or 3 to 4 servings.
Interesting mix of ingredients and might be good for a mid-morning or mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Although, I don't think for breakfast it would be good. No protein. Folks, please comment if you try this. Have an awesome day!!
