Come, relax and enjoy the ride!
I am excited to open my own cycling studio, Sol Pedal. To be doing what I love and have loved for the past 6 years is a blessing. Many of you have ridden many miles with me, so come back and lets travel together. Time flies as we cycle to an eclectic mix of music. I created the studio to be funky and fun, a place where you feel surrounded by happy, healthy energy.
So join the Ride. Its the only hour of your day that you can completely get away. We sweat, sing along, push each other and have a blast. Sure it's exercise, but that doesn't mean it can't be fun! After all, life is what you make it!
It’s great you have opened your own spin studio but PLEASE STOP –stop all the feel good quotes– tell us something we can use and how to use it! Tell us how to use your spin class to train for better riding, tell us food ideas, tell us equipment to use or not to use… anything but these sacrine sweet thoughts of the day. They are just making my ass bigger and not helping anyone get in shape.
ReplyDeleteHey Anonymous - Just stop whining and come to class if you want to get in shape. Ask your questions to any instructor. Only you can push yourself to get fit. The thing that makes your butt bigger is your thoughtless insensitive comment and failure to identify yourself.
ReplyDeleteActually I'm whining to see her studio succeed and here's the start! It got you to comment, show some genuine passion and care! Grab that, move on and start to make make running a successful studio as well as building a community of riders and spinners the priority.
ReplyDeleteThe studio is already a success and we have a community of riders and spinners. You may wish to review your own spiritual fitness B4 you dictate blog comments to others.
ReplyDeleteIs it spiritual fitness or growing a real business we are talking about? Because I'm talking about growing a new local business so let's talk success after a year of being open. I think Sol Pedal is good idea and want to see it work but there needs to be more about spinning, riding or the community if you want to spread the word about it.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous... I don't think you understand the goal or vision of Sol Pedal. It seems like you are feigning concern about the P&L and Balance Sheet as if that is why Leslie opened her studio. I applaud Leslie for doing what she loves according to her vision and I know that she will succeed by any measure. Indeed, most of us believe she has already succeeded because she enjoys what she is doing every single day. If it grows, great. If it doesn't, how does that negatively affect you? So what if it is a small boutique cycling studio? It will be open to those who enjoy the studio and what it has to offer for a very long time.
