What is that you crave? Chocolate, chips, candy, cup after cup of coffee, evening ice cream? Go slow and taper your consumption. Substitute it with something clean and healthy. You may just realize you can do without and feel better by not having it in your system.
However, balance is key. If you think about a particuliar food more than a day or so, go ahead and have it - your body (or mind) is telling you something!
